There is always someone in an office known as the ‘go-to-person’ and in our case it is Lee-Ann Forster.
That is because in her role as our Administration and Scheduling Manager, pretty much everything we do passes through her hands in one way or another.

Saving the world – well, you get the drift!
It all started in 2011 when Lee-Ann joined us to provide admin support. It was a year that saw Prince William and Kate Middleton getting married, Osama Bin Laden killed by US soldiers, Amy Winehouse taken a fatal overdose and the final of the Harry Potter films were released.
Eton was still predominantly an asbestos surveying specialist back then, so Lee-Ann is well placed to speak about our growth into a national health and safety building compliance company.
She says: “When I started there were only four people in the admin team, and now I manage a team of 13.
“Our main role in 2011 was overseeing the admin related to asbestos surveying, as well as energy performance certificates and a bit of asbestos removal.
“Now, we still do all this, but also legionella risk assessments, fire risk management, lead paint testing, pigeon guano removal and specialist cleaning and decontamination.
“So, we’ve come a long way!”
Lee-Ann says she enjoys her wide-ranging role at Eton.
She adds: “There’s always something to do, a problem to solve and something new to learn every day.
“We have a great professional staff team, but we also have a laugh too, so all in all, it’s a great place to work and I get a lot of job satisfaction.”
Lee-Ann and her husband Craig became parents (they have a baby daughter called Darcie) for the first time in 2019, and Lee-Ann only recently returned to work after her maternity leave. It is fair to say we missed her when she was away!
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and doing classes such as Zumba. She also enjoys travelling and her and Craig are busy planning their first holiday with Darcie.
